Industrial upgrading of the louvre wheel

The Sand State company has completed a comprehensive upgrade of its shutter wheel manufacturing process and equipment.

 

I.Material: 
The traditional louvre wheels are commonly made with brown corundum abrasives. The company has now introduced high-temperature calcined black sand brown corundum, high-temperature calcined blue sand zirconium corundum, and high-temperature calcined ceramic abrasives. The performance of the abrasives after high-temperature calcination is superior, as demonstrated by the high-temperature calcined zirconium corundum raw materials, which have been shown to enhance the grinding performance of louvre wheels. The durability of these materials is also a notable benefit. Furthermore, the cost-effectiveness and versatility of these materials make them an excellent choice for a range of grinding applications.


II.the cover substrate material has been upgraded. 
The substrate material is also crucial to the performance and safety of the louvre wheel. Previously, the base material may not have met the required standards in terms of strength and toughness. Our new substrate is a multi-layer fibre structure comprising an adhesive layer, an additional layer and a glass fibre layer sandwiched in the middle. This design enhances the impeller wheel's elasticity and toughness, preventing cracking of the substrate during sanding operations and extending the product's lifespan.


III. The manufacturing process is as follows:
The automated production process is as follows: As automation technology advances, we are implementing automated processes for the production of our louvre wheel. Automated production offers significant benefits, including improved efficiency, reduced labour costs and enhanced product quality.
Precision machining is also employed. The use of precision machining technology in the manufacturing process enables us to achieve enhanced dimensional and shape accuracy in our louvre wheels. This results in a smoother rotation, which in turn reduces vibration and noise. Furthermore, precision machining facilitates enhanced bonding precision between the sanding sheet and the substrate, thereby optimising the overall performance of the louvre wheel.
- Enhancement of quality inspection technology: advanced quality inspection technology enables the detection of issues in the production process in a timely manner, thus ensuring product quality. By employing laser detection, image recognition and other technologies to assess the appearance, dimensions, bonding strength and other characteristics of the louvre wheel, it is possible to effectively screen out unqualified products.


VI. the production equipment:
Equipment upgrading: the production of louvre wheel equipment is continually upgraded in order to enhance performance and productivity. The new louvre wheel forming machine, sand cloth slitting machine, hole ring machine and other equipment enable more accurate control of production parameters, resulting in the production of higher quality louvre wheels.
